Other notable performance enhancements that have taken place since UpSkill’s acquisition are offline voice recognition, which included a transition from cloud-based to on-premise voice recognition technology, ensuring consistent performance regardless of network speed or stability. They also simplified IT onboarding, reduced wi-fi bandwidth requirements by 97%, and trimmed down the number of endpoints by 91%, making it easier for institutions to support their Health Scholars solution.
